Solo Sports Campo is situated on a very windy desert point at Punta San Carlos, Baja. San Carlos is world famous for its great windsurfing. The elements are very brutal on our equipment at camp so our performance requirements for guest tents are very demanding. We have been extremely pleased with the ease of setup/breakdown and low maintenance of our inventory of Airzone tents. They have performed admirably in a myriad of weather conditions. I quickly discover 2 very important things I never set up a tent before in my life and I forgot the instructions at home, I recalled the steps in my mind it was very simple and hard to believe, I had the tent set up in couple of minutes. We got caught in a heck of hail, and wind storm and the tent was stable and completely dry. Taking down the tent was just as easy. The AirZone tent is one of the greatest inventions I have ever seen. Sincerely, Tony H Hello, I just returned from a 1200 mile motorcycle trip with your GoldFinch tent. I was quite impressed with the ease of erection of this tent. On my first evening after riding 480 miles in the hot sun my friends took 30 plus minutes fighting with their "pole tents" and I sat and waited and said "watch this" as my AirZone inflated with the tornado pump in about 2 minutes !! They were quite impressed as were the crowd that assembled as it inflated and took form. Many of the people in the immediate vicinity inquired about its origin and where to purchase and I eagerly told them of the website. This was the first time I had removed it from its bag as I only received it the day before my journey began. I call them freelance trips were we just pack up and go, no itinerary. It can be a lot of fun notwithstanding the odd bump along the way. During our last trip, we ended up ocean kayaking for our first time along the pacific west coast of Tofino, British Columbia. We managed to find this jewel of an island and set up camp on a beautiful sandy beach. That evening, I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of water and realized we hadn’t taken into account that the tides came and went. So we got out of the air tent just just in time, picked it up, plopped it down on higher ground and managed to get back to sleep in record time!
