Inflatable Pole Technology
- How do Inflatable poles From Airzone Recreation work?
The technology behind the pneumatic supports is similar to that of an automobile or bicycle tire. Each pneumatic pole contains an inner rubber tube covered by a tough and resistant woven marine polyester; the same material that has been used for boat covers for the last 30 years.
- How durable are the Inflatable Poles?
8 Hour "Hit and Run" Test
We scheduled 20 minuntes to drive back and forth over the inflatable poles, which would have been impressive by itself, but when it didn't deflate we kept going. 8 hours later the tent was still standing and we were out of gas.
- What protects the Inflatable Poles?
Marine polyester; the same material that has been used for boat covers for the last 30 years.
- Can the Inflatable Poles handle extreme weather?
Yes, the Airzone Recreation extreme testing philosphy is this.
We put our tents through such ridiculous torture tests so they can endure any punishment you put them through.
We have buried out tents in over 4 feet of snow, tested them in winds over 50 mph, and let them sit in a desert for over a month. Built with the best materials in the industry these tents can withstand any weather that you encounter.
- Can the Inflatable Poles be repaired?
No, if a friend of yours drops a running chainsaw on your Inflatable Poles from Airzone Recreation they are not repairable. For the unforseeable things that happen in the outdoors our Inflatable Poles have the ability to be zipped on and off. Please see our Warranty section.
